Electro Luminescence, Inc. ships your products according to the instructions you send with your order. Presently, you may choose from among those carriers and methods listed on the delivery information page at the Online Store (you must begin processing an order to see this page). If you wish to ship by a different carrier or different method, please contact us so that we can send you a quote for the cost.
Most samples and small quantity orders are limited to 30 kilos (approximately 66 pounds). If you wish to purchase items weighing more than 30 kilos, please divide the order into several shipments, each weighing less than 30 kilos.
If you are placing a production or large volume order, your shipping cost may be included in the quote we send to you. If you have not selected a carrier or method, we will quote the most economical as well as the fastest.
You will receive a refund for any product returned to us within 15 days of your acceptance. The product must be undamaged, packed in its original container and shipping costs must be prepaid. You must enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned items. If the items are part of a large volume order, please ask us about shipping instructions before returning the items. There will be a re-stocking charge of 25% deducted from your refund.
